I’m rewatching Dragon Ball Z and has anyone else noticed that all of the Androids keep giving Krillin Looks™ during the Android saga a lot? Like:
When 17 kills Dr. Gero he notices Krillin and beckons him over.
When the Androids and the Z fighters are fighting Krillin and 16 are off to the side and 16 looks over to him and smiles.
After kicking everyone’s ass 17 & 18 come over to Krillin and tell him to relax and choose not to hurt him. 18 even casually says goodbye.
When Krillin tries to talk them out of fighting Goku they all remain very calm as they talk and 18 even kisses Krillin.
Conclusion: All of the Androids have a thing for Krillin. All of them. No exceptions.

WRONG. 18 is the Queen of Universe 7.

Y’all might have noticed a lack of activity again, I apologize. Apart from still struggling a little with my health stuff, tho it already loads better so yay, and thus having to go to checkups regularly, work has been crazy busy and stressful too.

We’re currently going through a lot of changes in the Fresh area as a whole and Produce as a department, where I work in. They’re merging some of the departments and stuff and we will be working in new shifts soon. It’s all a bit crazy and exhausting tbh. Couple that with the fact that I really cannot handle a lot of change in a short amount of time...I seriously had a full blown anxiety attack a few days ago over all of it T_T.

I’m okay now though, I’m allowed to adapt at my own pace so that helps!

Because of all of this, I kinda really lost any drive to draw or write lately. It just doesn’t want to work so, for now, I guess I am taking a little break from both. Don’t worry, I’ll be checking in tho and answering yalls messages and stuff.

ALSO, I think it is high time we start thinking about some prompts for K18 week in September…so if you have any prompt ideas, please send them to me via the mailbox!

Y’know how 18 was eliminated during the ToP and you see Krillin calling out to his wife and even attempting to assist her even though he was disqualified, seeing that shows he’s will to defy even gods to save his other half and not even care about the consequences.

Do you think 18 has ever told Krillin about her life before she was taken by Gero? Her family/parents, etc

If she is able to remember, then I think she would. But we don’t know how much she and Seventeen actually remember from that time except that they were experimented on against their will which Eighteen says herself when Seventeen is absorbed by Celll and Cell tries to use him to coax her into merging with him.

If you don't mind me asking, why did you go with the head-canon of Android 16 being dead (I don't watch DBZ anymore, so if it is canon, I'm not aware of it)? Not judging you or anything, just saying that seems like a lot of wasted potential, not to mention a lot of cute drawings never to be seen.

Unfortunately, it’s not a headcanon at all. Android 16 did not survive or get revived after the Cell games. So in canon, he doesn’t exist anymore.

I sometimes actually like to put him in AU scenarios or What if scenarios because you are right, it is a wasted potential. He could have been so great!

-She plays video games religiously
-She puts cream hearts in her husband’s coffee
-She spoils her little girl every chance she gets and plays with her often
-She coos at and worries over everyone’s babies
-She fangirls when said dorky husband does something “cool” or romantic

Deep down under that exterior, 18 is also a dork and it’s adorable.
